This park is one of the last remaining examples of the Great Black Swamp with its old-growth trees and wetlands. One of the largest and most important glass collections in the world is housed in the Glass Pavilion, a section of the Toledo Museum of Art (TMA). Since the 1970s, glass art pieces have been continuously added to the collection, many of which came as gifts from collectors, artists, and donors. Visitors have opportunities to experience the process of creating glass objects at the Glass Pavilion.
