Mancy’s Steak House

Secor Metropark

Secor Metropark is a park of striking contrasts, ranging from tall timber to second growth forest, rolling sandy areas to wet lowlands. A stunning variety of nature can be found just outside the city if you include meadows, prairies, and the largest population of native dogwood in northwest Ohio. The legacy of Secor’s former status as an arboretum includes having numerous different trees.

Large picnic areas, playing fields, indoor meeting spaces, picnic shelters, a designated cross-country ski trail, and a Window on Wildlife are just a few of the park’s amenities. The largest barrier-free playground complex in the park system is also located in Secor Metropark.

Toledo Speedway

In Toledo, there is a half-mile paved oval racetrack called Toledo Speedway. Toledo Speedway was opened in 1960. The track hosts weekly races for the sportsman division on the half-mile track, the factory stock division on the quarter-mile track, and the four-cylinder division on the half-mile track inside the big track. The Glass City 200 is the culmination of a series of races with outlaw-bodied late models that also includes four races with 100 laps. The track hosts the “Fastest Short Track Show in the World,” which takes place on a half-mile track and features winged sprints and winged Super Modifieds.
